With more than 140 CNC Precision Machining palettes in our climate-controlled facility, Cygnus Manufacturing Company (CMC) can supply your components and sub-assemblies on a just-in-time basis. Our high-speed milling, turning, honing and boring equipment achieves material tolerances down to 2 ten-thousandths of an inch (.0002").
When medical device and aerospace manufacturers seek turnkey assembly and final testing of critical products, CMC delivers. At CMC, our Finished Product Assembly capabilities include making microscopic scientific instrumentation and complex electro-mechanical robots market-ready. With more than 30,000 square feet of lean manufacturing space in our 100,000 square foot facility dedicated to Product Assembly, CMC is well-positioned to handle all of your needs with 100% on-time delivery.
Our high-wattage lasers can achieve tolerances as close as .005" with industrial-sized paint booths, in-house tube bending, welding and sheet metal expertise, you can call on CMC for all of your Custom Fabrication needs.
