Diane Houser – Director of Human Resources
Diane joined the CMC team in early 2024 as Director of Human Resources.  She has 20 years of experience in Human Resources and Benefits management.

Previously she worked in HR with such companies as Connective Rx, Felician Sisters of North America, Affordable Comfort, and the Girl Scouts.

She is an active volunteer as a board member of the Pittsburgh Human Resources Association, where she has received numerous awards for her service.  Diane has been invited to speak at such organizations as Point Park University, the Pittsburgh Human Resources Association, and the Pittsburgh Technology Council.

Diane received her Master of Arts degree from Robert Morris University in Human Resources Management and her Bachelor of Science degree from Xavier University with a major in Psychology.
