Chuck Holm – Chief Financial Officer
​Chuck joined Cygnus Manufacturing Company in 2021.  Prior to joining CMC, Chuck has over 22 years of experience as a CFO and Controller.  His previous employers included SDI Gas, LLC; Petroleum Development Corporation; Wold Oil Properties and Leo Riley & Co CPA’s where he earned his CPA.  SDI Gas, LLC had manufacturing operations fabricating valves and other oil and gas parts and components.  Chuck holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and business administration from Black Hills State University.  He holds a current CPA certificate.
