Nick Dilick - Director of Machining & Processing
Nick Dilick joined CMC in early 2023.  He brings a deep background in manufacturing within our industry.  Previously Nick was the Director of Manufacturing for Oberg Industries where he excelled at driving continuous improvement to increase productivity and performance.  There, he spent a total of 37 years in various leadership roles in manufacturing including Manufacturing Manager and Director of Apprentice Training & Development.  Nick started his career as an apprentice lead and worked his way up to heading manufacturing.
